Actually it was much longer than the 6 years of World War II. Nazi Germany originated 20 years previous to WWII, after the signing of the Treaty of Versailles in 1919.AchillesZombie:

That may be true, but regardless of it's past history, it is now (in the second half of the 20th century / first part of the 21st century) associated with a "notorious" character. Take the Swastika as another example. That symbol has a history that can be found among Buddhist, Hindu, Ancient Greek, Celtic, Baltic, Native American and other cultures. The moment *** took that symbol, all of that previous culture was ignored, and it was associated with that evil regime. Making it "notorious".
Well, "Xbox" never did make it into a game, "Activision" did....but that's besides the point.
When you look at Call of Duty (with Nazi Zombies), or a game that focuses on Nazi's as a subject. They are restricted by ESRB, PEGI, OFLC ratings to only be sold (note I said sold, not played) to mature people. The content of all of our accounts is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or maturity level.
While I trust that was never your intention, any info you put in your profile is assessed based on what it is, and how it fits in with the ToU, not on the history, or the beliefs of the person writing it (ie, it's nothing personal).

You may try to post in the Account Suspension forums, where the XBLPET (the people who issued your forced name change) post. To be honest though, the post will probably be deleted before it's answered, and if it is answered, they will just quote the same part of the ToU I did above. You could still try though.
There isn't any way to transfer anything from one account to another. The best you would hope for is to be credited that time, but I doubt that would happen.
